FAQ

How do I pick apples?

There's nothing difficult about picking apples. Just gently twist them off the branch, being careful not to break any branches.

What do I wear?

Practical clothing that is suitable to the weather. A hat and closed toe shoes suitable for walking in.

What do I bring?

Drink bottle, hat and sunscreen. We provide a picking bag as part of your adult entry so no buckets are required. You are also welcome to bring a picnic or coins for a sausauge sizzle, if you are planning to stay for lunch.

What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive and park your car in the designated area, walk to the cafe to present your online booking pass. If paying with cash, we will take your entry fees and provide you with a picking bag. You will then be directed to the picking area and greeted by our staff. We will then explain where you are to go and you can then walk to the correct trees.

When you have finished, head back to the PYO shed to weigh your apples and pay.

How can we be sure apples are available?

It is always better to check first. You can ring our number 83902271 and get an updated message, or simply check this website or facebook page.

Do you accept cards?

Yes. We do have EFTPOS facilities available.

Are dogs allowed?

Although we love dogs we do not permit any animals into our orchard as it is a working farm and the health and safety of all our visitors is important to us. Guide dogs are welcome of course.
